The Sow Project Bakery

Every cookie you buy helps fund free culinary job training for students in Memphis, TN. The Sow Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN: 99-1941763) that provides uniforms, textbooks, healthcare access, financial literacy, and job-placement support to launch careers in the culinary industry.

Our kitchen is where students practice discipline, timing, and technique — this bakery is a real, working part of that training. When you order, you're not just getting a cookie. You're funding a human, by name, on their way to a career.
